ומי מצית מוקמת לה כר"ש בן אלעזר והא קתני רישא השוכר את החמור והבריקה או שנשתטתה אומר לו הרי שלך לפניך ואילו ר"ש בן אלעזר אמר השוכר את החמור לרכוב עליה והבריקה או שנשתטתה חייב להעמיד לו חמור
